THE CHECK LIST


There is long list of hereditary diseases, which are passed on to women. Amongst the common ones that have hereditary predisposition are obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, asthma, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, autism, autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, cleft palate, inflammatory bowel disease, mental retardation, and certain blood disorders as thalaessaemia. Although hereditary illness poses a risk for women, lifestyle modifications and preventive measures have a lot to offer. You can live a healthy life free of diseases with a little bit of care. Nutritious food with exercise along with healthy habits can take you a long way.
