
Accept that there are changes. We shift residences. We move from Scholl to college. We take on jobs. We marry, have children. We get promoted or sacked. Illnesses happen. People die. Couple divorce. Friends and siblings migrate. Expenses mount. Technology changes and Attitudes change. Accept… accept…accept. Change in itself does not stress you, your non-acceptance does. To prevent internal combustion, accept as the green grass accepts the sunlight falling softly on it. When you accept, you relax. When you are relaxed, you are able to revise reality, create a new one, and make the new life as beautiful as the old one.
