IMPORTANCE OF PUSH-UPS


The muscle groups worked here are those of the shoulders, the chest and the back of the arm. The stomach muscles are also worked isometrically since they remain squeezed in throughout the exercise. This is a great exercise for the upper body since many muscles groups are worked at the same time. Holding the pose to stabilize and strengthen the muscles of the back. So do push-ups regularly at least 16 times per day. It’s a simple exercise which you can do in your home itself.
