BE OPTIMALLY FIT


A well-toned and fit body immediately shaves the years off. Getting into shape could be the single best thing you do to improve your appearance. Getting fit and improving muscle tone should be your aim. Do include aerobic (cardiovascular) as well as anaerobic (strength –building) exercises to be fit, trim and feel great longer. Also, if you are a smoker, quit immediately. Smoking depletes your body of oxygen and leads to wrinkle formation. And now, the easiest way to look younger is Smile often. It takes years off your face. Remember, de-ageing your appearance is tougher than adding on a few years to your look. You need to work harder at this.
