YOU’RE OUT DRINKING

If you’re out drinking, your snacks will probably consist of starters that are deep-fried. And cocktails have their own share of calories.
KICK THE HABIT
“High protein diets keep you fuller for longer,” say many dieticians. So fix yourself a bowl of soup, a salad or some fruits, or have your dinner before you leave. Choose drinks with lower alcohol content. Have a wine sprinter (white wine with club soda) or a screwdriver, with less orange juice and more soda. Drinks with fruit juices generate fewer hunger pangs, because they fill you up more and aren’t full of empty calories.
