FOR LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE


All human being in this world want to live a long and healthy life for that they have to do some exercise and meditation.

To be able to look beautiful flawless and youthful, it’s important you feel beautiful from within. Here there are some methods and way of doing meditations they are as follows.

1) Set aside 15 minutes for yourself every day.
2) Sit with your spine erect. Close your eyes and inhale a few slow deep breaths. Exhale the same way.
3) Let go of all your thoughts, worries and ideas. Simply relax and repose in yourself.
4) Visualize a white light entering through your head and slowly washing over your all body. Feel every cell is getting energized. Do not resist any thoughts that may occur to you. Simply observe and the thought will vanish.
5) Continue this for 15 minutes and then open your eyes. You be amazed to find yourself blissful, energetic and confident.
