FOR PREGNANT WOMAN


Today most women are very careless about their pregnancy. They often doing abortion which is not good for their health and it sometime lead to a severe problems. Spontaneous abortion (SAB), or miscarriage, is a pregnancy that’s ends on its own, within the first 20 weeks of gestation. Studies reveal that anywhere from 10-25 percent of all pregnancies will end in miscarriage. Most miscarriages occur during the first 13 weeks of pregnancy.

Why do miscarriages occur?
Here are some answers for miscarriage. They are as follows

• Chromosomal abnormality in the baby
• hormonal problems, infections or maternal health problems
• lifestyle (i.e. Smoking, drugs use, malnutrition or toxic substances)
• the egg isn’t properly implanted into the uterine lining
• maternal age (the older you are, the higher the risk)
• Emotional trauma
• Factors not proven to cause miscarriage are: sex, working outside the home (unless in a harmful environment) or moderate exercise.
